The Wild Oyster is a first for Boardmasters, a silver-service on-site restaurant hosted by chef Lee Skeet. Lee, one of the most exciting chefs in the South-West has spent his career working at some of the world’s most esteemed restaurants under top, widely respected chefs. He’s since returned to his native Cornwall. The Wild Oyster will be serving up breakfast, as well as a five-course taster menu, using the freshest in locally-sourced Cornish produce.
The Breakfast Menu choices include grilled St Ives mackerel on toast with caper salsa, full English breakfast, porridge with local strawberries, bacon and Cornish brie baguette and much more. The five-course taster menu includes Porthilly Oysters, steamed Fowey mussels with seaweed butter, Cornish Duck amongst other mouth watering plates. The restaurant, which boasts breath taking views from the Watergate Bay cliff top, is a must for festival foodies or a special treat.
