The solution

Create and deliver a once in a lifetime experience for burn guests at the Gran Premio D’Italia, Monza, Milan

V9 created 7 tiered hospitality packages which would appeal to differing budget levels across CSE. The packages were then promoted through internal Coca Cola communication channels and all resulting bookings were managed by the V9 team

Event communications and branding were designed by V9’s internal design department to excite and inform guests, and premium suppliers selected to exceed expectations.

Full weekend itineraries were put together for all guests incorporating a race day experience, VVIP evening entertainment, shuttle transport and 24 hour dedicated hostess service. Vision Nine also orchestrated the world’s most exclusive Racing After Party at Just Cavalli Club: GR1D CLUB™ presented by burn
